The Juvenile Criminal Area This includes the activities of the Juvenile Justice Service aimed at re-introducing minors and young adults of up to 21 years of age into society through the Juvenile Penal Institutions, the opportunities and procedures for the community at large to take part in such activities, the agreements and protocols of understanding stipulated by the Department for such purposes and health protection provisions. The above activities are also aimed at minors subject to court orders which do not restrict their personal liberty.
