Welcome to the Italian Justice Site
he judicial function in Italy is one of the three fundamental functions of the democratic system of government, the other two being the exercise of executive power and the enactment of laws.
The judicial function is exercised by the Magistracy.
The Minister of Justice also has an important institutional role in the justice system. He is the only minister specifically mentioned by the Italian Constitution.
The judicial function (Administering Justice) can be broken down into the following areas: ordinary civil and criminal, administrative, accounting, military, and taxation.
We will now see the Justice system in Italy.
